Tutus have been worn by some of the most illustrious artists of our time - it takes tons of hardwork with plenty of brain power to achieve tutu status! Empower your little performer by reminding them that a tutu is a symbol of achievement!

Favorite Color Tulle Strands

Ribbon or Elastic

Kid Friendly Scissors

Silk Flower
Instructions:

​​Measure your child's waist to find the right size for the tutu's waistband.

Trim a piece of wide elastic or ribbon for the waistband and tie the ends in a knot to make a circle.

We recommend using 18" long x 6" wide tulle strands.

Here comes the fun part, simply loop & pull the tulle so that it fills waistband.
-
As a finishing touch, accent the tutu with ribbon, silk flowers, and a bow! Voila!
